Account Manager

Bunchball is seeking a talented Account Manager to work within our Client Services team!

The Client Services Account Manager is the main point of contact for Bunchball customers, acting as the liaison between the customer and Bunchball internal teams. You will ensure absolute customer satisfaction by delivering measurable value through successful gamification programs powered by Bunchball solutions. Your ability to drive customer deployments from program design through technical deployment will include orchestration of the efforts of Bunchball subject matter experts, customer teams and other third-party participants. You will influence the growth of customer gamification programs, Bunchball product evolution and our approach to the marketplace.

  • Overarching account management of multiple customers

  • Foster relationships with customer business stakeholders 

  • Advise customers on Gamification and Bunchball solutions

  • Responsibility for the quantifiable success of customer programs

  • Deliver overall customer satisfaction to ensure renewals and expansion of deployments

  • Direct Client Services subject matter experts during customer deployments 

  • Move customers through rapid deployment cycles using repeatable scalable methodologies

  • Support the pre-sales process to guide clients to qualified successful program kickoff

  • Partner with Client Services SMEs and other Bunchball functions to identify opportunities to improve Bunchball solutions, products and deployment methodologies

What you bring to the role:

  • BS/BA - MBA is a plus

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a services organization in a client-facing role (including 1-2 years managing customer accounts for a SaaS product)

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to details

  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects

  • Project management skills and methodologies that deliver complex digital programs on time and on budget

  • A passion for digital, online marketing, social media, and a keen interest in gamification

  • Strong PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

  • The ability to become skilled in the principals of gamification and the technical aspects of a cloud-based gamification platform

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box

  • Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management

  • Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function

  • Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
