Client Services Support Engineer

The Client Services Support Engineer is the support point of contact for Bunchball customers, additionally a liaison between our Engineering and other key stakeholders for follow up on key issues. You will leverage your technical experience into tactical support solutions for specific customers. During client set up and after implementations you will identify and address any technical issues during the process and see those issues through to resolution. Driving improvements to process inefficiencies is a strength that you bring to the role. Your input will directly influence the direction of our products that have revolutionized our space and that our customers love.   • You are a member of the Client Services Team that drives customer satisfaction and additional business, while identifying key customer needs, issues and problems while working internally to provide solutions

  • Working alongside our product team you will possess deep understanding of our platform and product capabilities being mindful of customers needs when dealing with problems as installations happen

What you bring to the role:

  • BA or BS required with education in a technical discipline strongly preferred

  • A minimum of 1+ years experience in a Client facing support role in the online space as one or more of the following: technology consulting, enterprise software implementation, or technology service and support

  • Strong customer facing communication skills developed in early stage product environments

  • Experience working in a matrix or startup environment where you were hands-on

  • Significant experience providing detailed updates to customers while engendering respect and building rapport and never losing your cool

  • A high technical and logical intelligence to quickly absorb comprehensive details of our unique software platform and to understand how the platform architecture drives customer-relevant solutions standards, Flash and ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS; Server-side languages -Java, PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, ASP and the use of third party Web APIs

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box

  • An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact

  • Excellent decision making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives

  • Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management

  • Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function

  • Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
