The new wizard lets Nitro users quickly gamify the Salesforce experience based on organization type, such as telesales, inside sales, outside sales, or service. Nitro for Salesforce walks users through the process of setting challenges, badges, levels and more – and gets them up and running in minutes.

    • New custom leaderboards. Nitro for Salesforce users can keep sales teams motivated by publishing highly customized leaderboards that display a far wider array of ranked listings than ever before. In addition to showing how each user stacks up against his or colleagues by way of points, completed challenges, and levels, the new leaderboards can also rank participants based on metrics specific to Salesforce. Now, leaderboards created in Nitro can rank users by tasks completed this quarter, past due opportunities tackled this quarter, and more. Nitro for Salesforce also gives organizations the ability to display a full-screen version of custom leaderboards on a dedicated monitor or TV, so everyone in a location can see who is leading and who is moving up or down the board.

  • The latest version of Nitro for Salesforce will be available later this year via Salesforce.com’s AppExchange Social Enterprise Showcase. All Nitro for Salesforce customers will automatically receive the new update as part of their subscription.
